Beginners and reborn bikers. Of course, the Moto Guzzi V7 is, in the first place, a very good bike for beginners and those who have a pause of many years in their riding career: it is a two-cylinder motorcycle with much torque down low, with a pleasant steering behaviour.

The V7 Stone Special Edition is designed to showcase the most daring, uncompromising Moto Guzzi traits. If it weren't already bold enough, it now boasts an Arrow exhaust, Café Racer-style mirrors, red shock absorber and a stunning new shiny black body.

For a beginner, I'd be happier recommending an Enfield single - the 300 & the 500 are similar weights, the riding position is comfortable and the footpegs are a short step to the ground (important when learning), the handing is exceptionally light, and they are by no means intimidating.

Guzzi's long-running V7 series offers a balanced chassis, ample power, retro-modern styling and a wallet-friendly price.
